Wizard News - Tom Wanek joins the Wizard Partner Group

Tom has spent the past 7 years managing a family-owned retail store, Construction Gear, which sells work clothes, boots and accessories.  Although they primarily sell online, Construction Gear also has a brick-and-mortar store.

Apart from running a successful business Tom is developing a Wizard Academy course based around Signaling Theory. 

Signaling explains how and why the actions of others influence our behavior, and how we can use signaling as yet another tool to cut through the clutter of confusion.
