Business Owners You Should Listen 

"Most small businesses should say “no” to the kind of tele-sell deals we flog off at the end of every month. I’m getting tired of burning clients for a two grand spend!"

Kate speaks the truth. Radio packages and the typical tele-sell is why business owners sing, "I tried radio and it didn't work." This Old School type of sell is the cause of sales staff churn and client churn.

PS. I was once a radio rep, so I know what Kate is feeling. I too was forced to sell packages. I did it badly. It felt wrong. It caused me much stress. So I searched for someone who could explain How Advertising Really Works. I read the Wizard Trilogy... attended Wizard Academy. Educated, I could no longer morally sell packages. As package selling was a non-negotiable part of the station culture... I quit.
