How To Get Free Advertising
A Simple Tactic For Every Business
By Tim Miles, Wizard Partner
What are you doing, specifically, to ensure word on the street about you is good?
Several of us here at Wizard of Ads are Mac users.
Mac recently upgraded their operating system. Many users have reported problems with the upgrade.
My wife and I had no such (sfx: hand knocking on wood) problems. Both her MacBook and my MacBook Pro hum along quite nicely.
My Mac guy knows this. How?
He called us to ask how we were doing.
He called us. At home. Simply to ask how things were going. And to ask if there was anything he could do.
It cost him nothing but a few moments of his time. He'd already made the sale.
Now, here I am telling you about Michael Long and the Mac Xperts Network (Columbia, Missouri has no Apple Store - he's simply an authorized reseller). They're a good company that offers free monthly classes on how to get more out of your Mac.
Best Buy has started selling Apple stuff. It's also a couple clicks and a Fed Ex truck away from my front door.
But I drive to Michael's place. Hundreds of others here do the same.
Chances are I can find online what you sell for cheaper than you sell it.
I'll ask again: What are you doing to make sure word on the street about you is good?
Are you following up to make sure your current customers are happy?
Be like Mike.
Call me. Let me know.
