I’m an emotional buyer 100%… In fact I once had to quit going into a dress shop because I was so fond of the manager I’d get the guilts if I didn’t buy!
So it’s no surprise I’m a great fan of a majority of today’s advertising and marketing styles - because they’re much more emotionally involving and participatory. Smart marketers aren’t afraid of allowing customer’s to have a say and take ownership of the brand.
Can you do it? Absolutely. Is it expensive? Absolutely not.
