“According to the annual Sunday Times’ 100 Best Companies to Work For survey, the companies that are voted best by their employees are also those that outperform others in the FTSE100”, (Paul Maisey, “How to be a Successful Company – Look After Your Employees”). 

Having good employees can often make or break a business’ success, as your employees are the face, mind and spirit of your business, with employers often foolishly overlooking their importance and simply labelling them “replaceable”.
